14 day return policy. You pay for all shipping costs. If shipping is included in your purchased item, I will deduct the actual cost of shipping from refund. I will also deduct all fees (Paypal,bank) from your refund. You must contact me prior to returning an item, I have to authorize it. Tags must be attached, item in original condition in packaging, unworn, free of stains, unwashed and with no smells, like strong foods or cigarettes. I include accurate measurements for all my products, please measure yourself.
SHIPPING: free to US and CANADA, cheapest method available (letter post,or light packet air or expedited small business for Canada if item doesn't fit in a letter package). FOR US and International I also use Canada Post light packet air (no insurance or tracking) or small parcel air parcel service with NO TRACKING but it includes insurance. The service I choose will be the most suitable for the size/value of your package.
NOTE light packet air has no insurance or tracking. If you need this, ask me for quote.
NOTE: international buyers; WEIGHT is not ACTUAL weight, but a value I enter that takes in consideration volume, it is impossible to program otherwise. International shipping is only 10-20$ though and very affordable.
